In july we offer a 10 Month Budget Plan and a Pre-pay Plan. Both of these plans offer a price cap for your peace of mind. Automatic delivery is required in order to be on one of these plans.
10-Month Budget Plan
We would take the approximate number of gallons used the previous year and multiply this by the capped price plan available at that time. We then take the total price and divide it by 10 to arrive at the monthly payment. Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month thereafter. If a payment is received late, the contract will become null and void.
Pre-Pay Plans
We offer the opportunity to purchase oil at a fixed price each summer. You may purchase as much oil as you want for the heating season and will not pay over the purchase price. We require that you pay for the oil, in full, prior to the heating season. The credit is then put on your account and until the credit is gone, you are guaranteed to pay no more than the capped price. If the price should go down in the winter (a rare occurance) budget and pre-paid customers will pay the lower price if cap fee is paid. So you will always know the maximum price you will pay all winter.
